Onto the second to last item, the Sleek MakeUp Say It Loud
Lipstick, shade 1337/Gin & Juice.
As I was a make up newbie back when I bought these 5
products, I did not know what Sleek MakeUp was. I had never heard of them, but
I noticed that they had some very nice lipsticks. So I went and bought 2, the
other one will be covered in a separate review. I was so in love with this
bright orange shade that I couldn’t skip buying it. Also, I really like the name of this shade, I don't drink alcohol but I could imagine OJ with gin looking like this.
Packaging: it definitely is sleek. Black matte plastic with
a lipstick print on the cap. The colour of the lips on the print matches the
lipstick bullet which makes for easy swatching without opening the product.
Ingredients: vitamin E for nourishment and no parabens. The
scent is faint, somewhat chemical. The expiration date is 18 months after
opening.
The pigmentation is super intense, and the colour is beautifully orange. The texture is satin, not too shiny nor too matte. This lipstick is also not at all drying on the lips, so, it’s pretty comfortable to wear. Especially because is satin instead of matte. Although it is a tiny bit tacky, but that’s not that bad.
Staying power: very good, it didn’t feather much throughout
the day, but it doesn’t cope well with food/drinks. It will have to be fixed
after a meal or drink, but since it’s a satin lipstick, that isn’t surprising.
When it comes to removing it, it’s terrifically easy using just micellar water.

To summarise: I really, really like this lipstick,
especially the colour. It’s pretty long-lasting for a satin lipstick and it
feels comfortable on lips. Negatives are that it is a bit tacky and that it
doesn’t survive meals. Also, the colour of this shade in the bullet is very
similar to the other shade that I bought, a classic red one, which is
odd since they look visibly different on my lips. It is a very nice lipstick
from a brand that I feel not very many people in Croatia have heard of or used
much. I will definitely recommend it!
