... Guess you could say I am back from the dead - and on Easter, of all days! Hah, what a coincidence!
I had to take a break because my health is driving me insane. Literally, as soon as one thing becomes better, 3 others fall apart... sigh. Now, in the middle of fixing as much as I can without breaking something else in the process, I wanted to go back to this because reviewing stuff and showing y'all these products is what brings me joy. So let's just not talk about my health anymore because I've had it up to here with it anyways...
So, quite a varied selection here! But out of all those products, only a few are truly new. Those would be the Essie nail polish and the Balea eye patches. As you can see, there's a lot of eye patches here - and for good reason! Ever since I developed chronic insomnia, my undereye has been suffering. I don't really get horribly black circles under my eyes, but the skin is still darker than before, even if only by a bit. What's the bigger issue is that the skin is starting to crease more, so I am developing more fine lines under my eyes. Ergo - eye patches! A simple and elegant solution to this problem. I've already used the Trend it Up eye patches before and really liked them, so I made sure to stock up on them while they were still available. And then also one set of duo-colour Balea hydrogel eye patches because they looked fun!
Also, a foot cream because it is important to keep the feetsies hydrated and soft as well! This has been my go-to foot cream for some time, such a shame it is not available anymore. Oh wait, there is a similar one available... might have to check that out!
And a bunch of Cute As Shell konjac sponges because they are super cute and very high quality - and on sale! So why not get them while they are still available at 50% off? It was the right thing to do, anyways.
Finally, the star here: the white Essie Nail Polish! Story time! DM had decided to stop stocking Essies back when I bought this haul, and, to help move stock, they reduced all of them to 50% off their original price. Phenomenal! It's rare to see Essies go for such a low price, so I made sure to keep my eyes glued to DM's webshop like a hawk and monitor which ones were still available. Sadly, the colour I planned on getting sold out literally a day before I went to DM, but they still had this brilliant white colour, which was a more than worthy replacement. White is just such a chic nail colour; fitting for my first Essie ever to be one of the most chic colours! Yup, this was indeed my first Essie and, having heard so many good reviews of them, I was itching to try one out for myself! Ah, I couldn't wait to finally see how great Essies are - I just knew deep within that they would probably be awesome.
Ah, what a nice variety of products! There's plenty to check out this week, that's for sure! Hopefully, I will be able to get back on track with reviews... fingers crossed.
Now, all the products, including the already reviewed ones:
See you soon!
