New Stuff - Part 43

A bit late buuut... I was in no shape to write coherent sentences last night after Ed Sheeran came out and joined Taylor on the Eras Tour for the surprise songs. Whoo, those surprise songs were insane! So, I needed to sleep off all the excitement and emotions, and continue today. Hopefully, no such extreme surprises today, haha!

I won't review the shaving refills in detail, but I will say that the Wilkinson Sword Intuition 2-in-1 Sensitive Care razor has been my go-to razor since I was like 16. The first time I bought it, I fell in love with it, with how simple and easy it is to shave my legs and underarms with it. Since it comes with a razor head that is surrounded by soap, you don't need any additional shaving cream/gel/oil etc! You just need to make sure your skin is wet and you are good to go! And, since the soap on the razor head is keeping the skin constantly soapy, the blades just glide across skin, so there is a significantly smaller risk of accidentally nicking yourself. Well, except for on bumpy parts like the knee... but seriously, everything else is a cakewalk! Although, it doesn't really give a super close shave (or I could just have thick, dark hair follicles anyways); if I don't use AHAs daily, I tend to develop strawberry legs and this razor cannot shave my skin closely enough to remove this. Even though my skin feels silky smooth. Oh, and the soap is enriched with shea butter, Aloe vera extract and green tea extract, to make sure your sensitive skin is hydrated, calmed and nourished! Perfect for my very sensitive, irritation-prone skin! So I buy refills every time my last one is nearly used up, I don't intend to switch from this, it is literally perfect as far as I am concerned!
NB: this razor comes in two other varieties, one for dry skin and one for ultra moisturising.
 
 
The other product is the cotton pads, but I am pedantic af, so I decided to review them. I will link the review below because I already reviewed them some time ago.
 

Now, the main product is that lovely mascara! Not to spoil anything, but, it is part of the Chocolate range of products I ❤ Revolution has... which means that I simply must have it because I am a chocoholic after all!

PS: thank god Taylor had no extreme surprises or devastating songs today... I really wouldn't have been able to handle the orange dress today and the sadness it usually brings...
