Hello, hello!
The year is nearing its end so I am feeling rather nostalgic - hence these products that I bought ages ago!

These items were part of a monthly Avon order back when I still had plenty of stuff that interested me. The 'lip tattoo' is something I had been thinking about ordering for months, and by the time I finally decided only one shade was left... d'oh! Well, it looked nice enough in the catalogue, even if I am not the biggest fan of brick-coloured lip products. The idea of having a 'lip tattoo' was mesmerising to me... there was no way I would let it slip me by! I had to try it out!
The other full-size product is a foundation that I had already tried out in tester format earlier. I liked it very, very much so I was very eager to order a full-size bottle! I just couldn't decide what shade I should order, so I went with what looked like a pale colour with neutral/yellowish undertones, which would be perfect for my skin. My sensitive skin needs calming, soothing products, and the tester version of this foundation felt exactly like that. I did make as mistake though, but I won't spoil it here.
Now, for the other three products, which are all clearly testers; I was simply in the mood to test out the various foundations Avon had in the catalogue and the best way to do that is to order these small tester packets. I was pretty sure I wouldn't order any of the three as a full-size bottle but I was still too curious. The two Luxe foundations were quite heavy and greasy on my skin, which irritated me. I already have oily skin, no need to add onto that with greasy foundations! Granted, the Luxe Silken Foundation was, well, silky; much more than the other Luxe foundation, but it still felt heavy. The best of the three was the Flawless Ultramatte Foundation, for multiple reasons. First, it truly made my skin ultramatte and it stayed that way for hours! Secondly, it was silky and very lightweight, so it felt the most comfortable out of the three. This one came closest to being ordered full-size, but something about it felt a bit off... it was also just a bit too pink for me. They are pictured with a full face of makeup as there wasn't enough for two uses. Still, the differences between them are visible! (at least I remembered to note that I used testers...)
