Catrice Art Couleurs Eyeshadow [060 - Gold is What You Came For] Review
By Maychiri's Thoughts - November 17, 2022
The first of two reviews today will be focused on the
Catrice Art Couleurs Eyeshadow in the shade 060/Gold is What You Came For.
So, the two eyeshadows that I am going to review today have been
on my mind for quite some time after the last time I was in BIPA. After buying
some products on sale, I noticed that I hadn’t bought two eyeshadow shades that
they had and it kept bugging me so much that I had to go and buy them. But, are
they as good as the first Art Couleurs that I bought?
Packaging: clear plastic square pan, the lid closes tightly
and it feels well-made. Simple, but effective. And you can pop out the
eyeshadow if you want to put it in an empty palette.

Pigmentation is superb, perhaps even better than both other shades (110 & 260). But that could be because it is more visible
than those shades. This is a very pretty champagne colour, perfect for
highlighting the inner eye or browbone.
Texture is shimmery and very easy to apply. I prefer to use
fingers, but it is just as easy to apply with brushes. There is no fallout
while applying it. It feels soft on my lids. And it’s so easy to blend out,
it’s just great!
Longevity is excellent, and just like shade 260, there is
barely any creasing with no primer applied beforehand. This is pretty
surprising to me because my oily eyelids usually make all shimmer eyeshadows
crease like crazy.

Removal is super easy, using just micellar water.
In summary, another excellent eyeshadow by Catrice, like the
previous two (110 & 260). As good as shade 260, with literally no negatives
and plenty of positives (longevity, no creasing, rich pigmentation). This shade
looks very nice on its own too, at least on my pale skin. But I prefer to blend
it with other Art Couleurs and then it looks gorgeous as a highlighting shade.
This absolutely gets my recommendation!
