Alright, just one review for today, but damn is it a good
one, I promise! This is the BH Cosmetics Angled Blush Brush!

I had been keeping my eye on this brush for the longest
time! It had a ridiculous discount on Pink Panda, which made me want it even
more after the excellence that is the BH Cosmetics V3 Vegan Contour Brush. That
one was so good that I immediately wanted to try it out like a dozen others
from BH! And what’s better than to buy a blush brush after a contour brush?
Perfect segue! So, is it going to continue the tradition? Or will it – gasp
– disappoint? Let’s see!

Packaging: it came in cardboard packaging that is super
modern and cool! I love the iridescent text, that makes it so awesome! And
along the entirety of the front side there’s ‘ANGLED BRUSH’ printed over and
over in bold typeface. You don’t see it at first, but once you see it you won’t
be able to stop looking at it! Like, that’s wicked cool! Also, there’s a
picture of the brush on one of the sides (not to size). The brush was inside a
plastic bag that kept it safe during transport.

The brush itself is fairly standard-looking, but I think it
is pretty. The handle is black, which is fine because it makes for a nice contrast with the silver metallic ferrule. It’s very, very light! I love the kinda
iridescent text on the handle, it is so cool! The brush head is the perfect
shape for blushes (and contouring, too). I love how natural the hairs look with
the black/dark brown streaked design. It’s an understated, but quite elegant
design, I think!

The hairs are synthetic. They are fairly shiny, but they do
not look plastic or cheap at all. They are cut 100% evenly, with not a single
stray or frayed hair! That tells me that this is a high quality brush. The
hairs are extremely soft! They are sooo
nice on skin, feeling like the down of a bird! Although, it can get just a
tiiiny bit prickly when you tap with it. Nothing serious, really. As long
as it is super soft when you use it regularly (with swiping/swirling motions)
that’s what matters! Also, there is no fall-out at all, and I have been using
this brush a lot lately! What great build quality, wow!

The angled
shape means it fits perfectly into the hollow of the cheeks, which makes
contouring just as easy! It’s all just perfect!

Washing is extremely easy! It doesn’t absorb shampoo so it
only takes a very short amount of time to get it to be sparkling clean! And it
stays in perfect shape, with no fraying or fall-out!
In conclusion, not the first BH Cosmetics brush that is
hella fine! Incredible, even! Just like the other BH brush that I ordered
before, this one, too, is simply fabulous! It’s absolutely perfect for both contouring powders and blushes as it deposits pigment so richly and evenly,
yet it still looks natural! It’s a truly professional finish! And because it applies
pigments so amazingly well, it only takes a short time to get it to look
fantastic. Even if I am rushing it, blushes still look incredible, it’s like
child’s play! And oh my god does it blend so well! It blends perfectly every
time, not too much nor too little. The angled shape makes it ideal for blushes
and contour powders as it is perfectly angled. And the hairs are so soft and supple
and just feel incredibly well-made! No fraying or fall-out or any other
defects! Ahh! This brush is soo frickin amazing, I love it so much! So, just
like the other BH brush before, I will give it my top recommendation! This is
the perfect brush!
