Back from a very short hiatus because I am trying to find a balance between building up my Instagram account and writing reviews... the day NEEDS to have more than 24 hours at this point!
But anyways, I wanted to push these three nail polishes before other reviews because... oh, you'll see in the reviews why! There is one thing connecting all three - and I don't mean them being part of the same collection!
So, presenting here:
ANNY METALVERSE COLLECTION
I tried one ANNY before these, and I loved it so much I just wanted to buy as many different ANNYs as I could, so when I saw these, I impulse bought them. I bought all 3 before trying out any of them, which will prove to be an issue. But what is this collection anyways?
Well, if you couldn't guess from the name, this is a collection inspired by the Metaverse! Only - make it metal! ANNY isn't the first brand to have cyber/Metaverse inspired collections; they are becoming more and more common; makes sense, as AI is becoming more enmeshed with our daily lives. Now, I am not fond of AI in general, but I've always had a fascination with futuristic, cyber stuff! So this collection is right up my alley actually! Even if metallic nail polishes aren't my favourite texture!

This collections contains 6 nail polishes, in a mix of colours. Some are more cyber, some are decidedly less. As you can see on the photo, there are 3 very similar rosy-red colours; I would have removed probably Foolish Love and replaced with maybe a black glitter metallic shade. As is, the 3 top colours are just too similar. But the bottom 3? All 3 perfectly encapsulate the new digital reality! And the names are (mostly) really clever! Ah, see, this is one reason why I love ANNY nail polishes! They really try to make cohesive collections!
And I happened to find this collection at Müller! I first bought 195.80/Crazy World because it looked like such a gorgeous violet with silver streaks; then, later, I bought two more because they, too, looked incredible: 406.50/Virtual Joke and 322.50/Digital Giant. In hindsight, I should have waited... but oh well, hindsight is 20/20 as they say!
